Data Retention: We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Following termination or deactivation of your account, Mylio may retain information (including User Content) for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. Please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have shared with others or with social media sites.

Be aware of default settings on your devices that may enable sharing automatically and be sure to actively manage these settings.

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee that our measures will guard against all threats. Mylio does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13.
